Solar-Tectic is excited to announce a new technology for making microLEDS.  Using its patented and patent pending processes, ST will make microLEDs based on GaN on its silicon thin-films and/or sapphire films on glass, replacing the need for expensive sapphire and silicon wafers as substrates, and allowing for tighter integration and fine tuning.  More details to be announced soon…
